Cancellation Policy

Upon written request and providing a reason, your order will be cancelled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancelling the order, please write to us at care[at]dnbmentors[dot]com.

Refund Policy

Students may request for a refund solely if the cancellation is made before zero percent completion of the Course/MOCK OSCE test/Study material/Live MOCK OSCE test. Incase you have viewed the Course/MOCK OSCE test/Study material/Live MOCK OSCE test to any percentage, then you are not liable to receive a refund.

For cancelling a webinar, you have to place the request 3 days before the date of commencement of the webinar.

Refund Disbursal

Upon receiving a cancellation request, Dnbmentors will analyse your eligibility and examine your request of refund. Then it is Dnbmentor’s sole discretion to provide or not provide you a refund. However, once your request is processed and we find you eligible for the refund, then we will disburse the applicable refund amount to your original payment method you used to make your purchase as soon as possible but not less than 14days (as per your payments bank’s policy) of receipt of your refund request.

Please note, transaction charges and service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount as per the charges applied by the payment gateway and respective banking partners. There may be delays in respect to your entitled refund which are beyond our control and are handled by the payment processing third parties.
