Request account deletion

To request deletion of your DNB Mentors account and associated data, email care@dnbmentors.com with the subject DNB Mentors account deletion request.

You can also prepare this email in the app under Settings → Privacy & data → Request account deletion. Send the email to submit your request.

Include the email address or phone number registered to your account. Our support team verifies account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or a verification code.

An approved deletion request covers your WordPress account and the mobile app data associated with it. Records required for tax, financial, legal, fraud-prevention or compliance obligations may need to be retained. Support will explain what information is retained and why, and can provide the status of your request.

Uninstalling the app or removing data from a device does not delete your account or its server records.
